REGULATORY SERVICES
Regulatory services include those designed to meet requirements of various regulatory authorities. In the case of community banks, this may include preparation or review of periodic reporting to FDIC, State banking departments, the OCC and the Federal Reserve. For publicly traded companies, we have experience in offerings and periodic reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission. We also have relevant experience in the design and implementation of models necessary to meet regulatory requirements in the calculation of the Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses from a quantitative and qualitative standpoint, quarterly stress testing of contingency funding plan scenarios, policy and procedure drafting, stress testing loan portfolios, and commercial real estate stress testing. Our services also include loan file documentation assistance and loan review to meet the needs of regulators, outside auditors, and management.
Our experience in real estate development complements our banking experience. We have experience in local permitting and approval, regional impact assessment, and large development Property Reports as required by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
